Is your horse's weight bearing posture optimal?

This was the free Pendulum check I did last week.

(For anyone new to these emails, those interested just comment on the FB post with their horse's pic and name, and I use my strong pendulum to answer the question posed for them.)

Here are the results (43 horses tested):

Yes - 84%
No - 16%

On the surface that looks very encouraging, but bear in mind that a 'yes' could range anywhere from 51-100% (despite putting the word 'optimal' in there.)

For those who took part that were 'Top Fans' of my page, I also gave them a % result, and this is where it gets interesting. I checked the yes/no first, then the % that WBP was optimal.

Yeses:
1 measured just 25% (my feeling was that they were trying to please / didn't want to upset)
2 measured 55%
2 measured 65%, and
3 measured 75%
1 measured 90%, and
just 1 measured 100%.

No's:
1 measured 20%
1 measured 65%.
The one that measured no but 65% had recently had 8 weeks off work.

Either way, the results really highlight that it's something we need to be constantly aware of and working on. (If your horse isn't carrying himself correctly, it's harder for him to carry a rider, and more open to injury etc.)

Recent questions from clients:

I've had a couple of interesting questions this week that I thought it would be useful to share.

The first was, 'are there ever horses that are surprised to 'see' you?' (ie when I connect with them for an Animal Communication session.

My answer was no, or at least very very rarely.

The reason I think is twofold. Firstly, I always wait to do a session until it 'feels' right, or time. If I'm not 'feeling' it, it's likely because the horse isn't ready for me yet. Secondly, I always ask permission to connect before doing anything else, so if they're still not ready, or surprised by my presence, I would know it then.

The second question came up relating to mares, as my client had noticed that more often than not if I was connecting with one of their mares, the ovaries were always out of balance. They wondered if that was a common physical issue.

Actually, I'm inclined to think that, for mares, that's one of the main ways that their energetic imbalance shows up. If I focus on rebalancing their ovaries energetically, nothing else is usually required there. So, if you have a mare and her behaviour or mood seems to change, booking her in for an energy balance / healing session could be a good place to start.
