Well actually I took a break from my office - hubbie and I celebrated our Silver Anniversary with a road trip in California

We drove down the Pacific Coast Highway, then back up to visit the Giant Sequoias. We had a great time, loved it all. Highlights were San Francisco, Carmel, Santa Barbara, Jamestown, and of course the trees - there was quite a lot of fire damage so we were so glad to see them.

I'm loving doing Body Code sessions on horses / people / animals to release energetic imbalances, it's so interesting to see
what comes up and what shifts occur afterwards.
Sessions are still half price while I'm practicing (NZ$100), so take advantage while you can!

World Teacher's Day was recently, and I shared this post on Facebook about Mark Rashid, who taught me a lot and shifted my whole thinking about horses, have a read.
