Well, I knew I'd been slacking a bit on the newsletter front, but I would have sworn that I'd sent at least one out so far this year - turns out that's not the case, and this is the first for 2026!!

So, apologies for that, and to all of you who have received the 'Please open to stay on my list' emails as a result - no, it's not you, it's me, lol. I've now adjusted the time interval for that email since my newsletters are getting further apart.

What can I say - life is busy, and business is busy. I'm still here, and clients still get their sessions done within a couple of days of booking - but when something has to give, social media and newsletters are top of the list.

I'll try to do better (but no guarantees, ha ha). You know where I am if you need me.

Some stats to consider

At the end of January I did a free Pendulum check on my FB page, asking whether your Trapped Emotions were adversely affecting your horse.

(Trapped Emotions are negative emotions that get stuck in the body when not processed / released at the time - read more in this blog.)

The results?

Of 42 horses tested, only 1 (my own!) tested 'no'!

For 8 'Top Fans' of my page, I gave them a % affected, rather than just a yes/no answer.

4/8 measured as 80% affected
2/8 were 60% affected
1 was 85% affected, and
1 was 100% affected.

Makes you think...

Often when things aren't 'right' with our horses or animals we immediately try to fix what's wrong with them.... when maybe you're the problem...

So, make sure you're remembering to work on yourself too. I'd go so far as to say, work primarily on yourself, and you'll definitely improve things between you and your animals!
