Random stat of the week
Last week I did another pendulum survey on my Facebook page, as I was curious to know how many horses have let go of the trauma of past
negative experiences.
Shocker - of the 57 checks I did, only 4 were a 'yes', ie 93% were a no. (3 of the 4 were recent clients of mine, where we'd obviously cleared hidden trauma for them.)
For the last 10 or so that I checked I also asked out of interest if they were >50% affected - all were a yes to that.
The thing to remember here is that trauma, in all of us, can linger under the surface, in our body, our energy field, chakras, from past lives, or just in our subconscious.
Everything might appear 'fine' on the surface, or you might tell yourself that you've dealt with whatever it was. But, it may be affecting you in ways that you're unaware of (eg health), and it's
always worth checking for and releasing anything that's stuck, or adversely affecting you or them.
On that same note, the subconscious or 'hidden' nature of things like trauma is why I like to check these things in a session and address them - because the animal itself likely won't be able to tell us that's what their problem is.
One interesting thing is that in my experience, where humans have many 'layers' of sh1t that they may or may not be ready to address, release, or process, animals seem to be much simpler and able to let go more easily!
That said, because trauma or negative past experiences can be wide ranging, I'm not offering a special to 'clear' or release them. If you're concerned
about your horse I'd much rather you book a full session so that I can ensure that I've checked all possibilities and done any required healing.

For us though, healing is an ongoing process. If you're able to do it yourself, just get in the habit of regularly checking in with yourself and asking 'is anything ready to be released?'
If you need more help, check out my human healing sessions below.

Feedback of the week:
I always love the knock on effects of working on an animal -
"I’ve spent time with him today in his stall and telling him how much I love him. He was so sweet. I will tell him that more often and what a fantastic horse he is. This is his forever home.
But also I felt lighter / happier around him today
You are fantastic."

Animal Communication tip
I'd say one of the biggest things that animals benefit from in an Animal Communication session is that they
suddenly realise that they are being listened to, and that their opinions and preferences matter. So, make sure you're asking your animals what they want, giving them choices, noticing their preferences etc. If you can't give them what they want, verbally explain to them why not, and make sure they can have it again later. They usually are communicating in the best way they can, it's up to us to figure out what it is they're trying to tell us, and not shutting them down every time to where they don't feel listened to.
